Text messaging policy
When we text you, and how to make it stop.
Ibex Risk Management uses text messages for one thing: moving your quote or service request along. We do not run marketing campaigns over SMS, and we do not sell or share your mobile number.
Who is texting you
Messages come from your broker, not a platform.
Ibex Risk Management is a trade name of Ibex Intelligence, LLC, a licensed insurance producer in the State of Tennessee. Messages are sent from (629) 213-4098 and relate to insurance business you have asked us to handle.
This policy covers text messages only. It does not change the terms of any insurance policy, and nothing sent by text binds, alters or confirms coverage. Coverage changes are confirmed in writing by the carrier.

What we send
Quote follow-up, missing information we need to finish a submission, certificate and policy service, renewal reminders, and claim updates. Account service only. No promotional blasts.
How often
Message frequency varies and depends on what is open on your account. In practice it is a handful of messages while a quote or service request is active, and nothing in between.
What it costs
We charge nothing for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation, then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If something is time-sensitive, call or email rather than relying on a text arriving.
Your information
Mobile numbers are not shared.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile information or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data is shared with anyone for those purposes at any time.
Your number is used to service your account. Where placing or servicing your insurance requires it, your contact details may be passed to the carriers, wholesalers and service providers working on your account — and to those parties only, for that purpose.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your coverage, your application or anything else about your account. We will simply use email or the phone instead.
